• Idaho (Coeur d'Alene and Boise)
• Montana (Billings and Bozeman)
• Nevada
• New Mexico
• Oklahoma
• Oregon (Corvallis)
• Texas
• Utah
• Washington (Seattle)
• Wyoming (Cheyenne and Jackson)

Mexico:

• Cabo San Lucas
