Our Use Of Artificial Intelligence Tools

As part of our business, we may utilize tools and programs that are powered by artificial intelligence. Different laws and authorities define artificial intelligence in different ways, but here are examples of how Jet.AI may use these types of tools and programs:

  • Internally by our employees. Our employees may use artificial intelligence tools to help them in their day-to-day jobs, such as summarizing large amounts of information, transcribing meetings or writing documents and emails.
  • As part of our Website. We may offer an artificial intelligence virtual assistant chatbot with which you can interact with in order to find out more information about our Services or our brands. When you interact with the chatbot, you are not interacting with a human person. The chatbot is powered and supported by an artificial intelligence tool, which may include generative artificial intelligence models and capabilities, and you are directly interacting with this artificial intelligence.

We do not use these tools and programs to make legal or similarly significant effects about you or any individual. However, to the extent these artificial intelligence tools and programs process your personal data, such information may be used to train, improve and enhance that tool or program, as is ubiquitous with these types of tools.

3. Personal Data Relating To Children

It is our policy to refrain from knowingly collecting or maintaining personal data relating to any person under the age of 18. By submitting your phone number in a web form or signing up for text alerts, you consent to receive transactional text messages (e.g., promos, cart reminders, account notifications) from Jet.AI at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT) to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message, and then no further messages will be sent. You may opt back in at any time by replying START.

For assistance, reply HELP to any message, and you will receive information on how to contact Jet.AI. You may receive one final text confirming your request.

This Policy applies only to our Website, and not to other companies' or organizations' websites to which we link from our Website. If we engage in this profiling practice, you may have the right to (i) question the result of that profiling and (ii) be informed of the reason that the profiling resulted in the decision, and, if feasible, to be informed of what actions you might have taken to secure a different decision and the actions that you might take to secure a different decision in the future. Jet.AI does not disclose personal data to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes, so we have no such information to provide.

  • Right to Know: California residents have the right to know what personal data Jet.AI has collected about them, including the categories of personal data, the categories of sources from which the personal data is collected in the past 12 months, the business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling, or sharing personal data, the categories of third parties to whom Jet.AI discloses personal data, and the specific pieces of personal data Jet.AI has collected about them.
  • Right to Delete: California residents have the right to request the deletion of their personal data maintained by Jet.AI.

11. How We Process Data Rights Requests

Once we receive your request to exercise a right, we will confirm receipt and begin to evaluate, and if appropriate, process the request. Please note that:

  • We may require that you provide additional information to confirm your identity, including providing us with at least two or more pieces of personal data to match against personal data that we currently maintain about you. We reserve the right to reject your request if we are unable to verify your identity to a sufficiently high level of certainty. The information you provide to verify your identity will only be used for verification purposes, and a record of your request, including certain information contained within it, will be maintained by Jet.AI for our files.
  • To authenticate any request to correct personal data, you may be required to provide authentication information.
  • Certain laws or other legal requirements might prevent some personal data from being disclosed or deleted.

If you fail or refuse to provide the necessary information, we may not be able to process your request.

If we reject a request for any reason, we will inform you of the basis of the rejection.
